Tier One
The "on the day hug"
This service is where you do the planning, source the venue and vendors and create the party or wedding of your dreams. Then at six weeks before your event you can sit back and we will make sure everything runs smoothly for your day. We will communicate with suppliers create the master timeline and make your special day something you will never forget. We will be with you throughout the day until the party gets started.
Tier Two
The "Creative hug"
This package is for clients who have booked their venue but have no idea how to make it look beautiful, cohesive and fun on a budget. We would create custom made visual mood boards, help source low cost props, map out the layout and physically show up on the morning of the event to set up all the handmade details, bunting, table runners and signage etc.
Tier Three The "Full Embrace"
This is the Top Tier service where we walk alongside you from the absolute beginning to the very end. We will help you find the perfect venue, source suppliers that excite you and design the entire aesthetic. Handling all admin whilst keeping you on track and more importantly within budget! And not forgetting managing the entire day making it the most memorable day for you and your guests.
Tier Four
The extra "Hug"
This is our gift of time to you. For a small fee we will pack and tidy up your venue. So instead of spending your first morning as newlyweds or nursing a hangover sweeping a hall floor, let us take care of it for you. We will show up, pack everything down safely into boxes and leave the venue sparkling so you can enjoy a relaxed morning with family over a gorgeous breakfast!
Hiring our props
This is our super power, we love to create special one off spaces. There is nothing off limits. we love to source bargains and unique props to make your day special. We also have an extensive itinerary of decorations that we hire out at a small cost to help you with your special day.
